KARACHI (Kashmir English): Chery Master Pakistan has officially launched the Chery Q at a limited introductory price of Rs5,554,000 during the Pakistan Auto Show 2026.
As part of the limited-time launch offer, customers purchasing the Chery Q will also receive a complimentary 7kW home charger worth Rs100,000.
Chery expands electric vehicle lineup
The launch marks Chery Master Pakistan’s latest move into pure electric mobility. The company previously introduced the Tiggo 7, Tiggo 8 and Tiggo 9 plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), building what it describes as Pakistan’s largest PHEV lineup within seven months.
With the Chery Q, the company is now expanding its New Energy vehicle portfolio and targeting consumers looking for more efficient and technology-focused everyday mobility.
Chery Q features and specifications
The Chery Q combines a compact footprint with SUV-like interior space. It has a width of 1,811mm, a 2,700mm wheelbase and 152mm of rear knee room.
The electric car comes with rear-wheel drive, mobile app control, voice commands, 6.6kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability, six airbags, Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with 21 functions, a 540-degree HD camera and automatic parking.
It also features a 15.6-inch 2.5K display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Battery, range and running costs
The Chery Q is equipped with a 42.7kWh battery and offers a claimed range of up to 400km under the NEDC testing cycle. The company says the vehicle delivers an efficiency of 9.4km per kWh.
Chery Master has particularly highlighted the car’s suitability for households using solar power. According to the company, driving 20,000km annually in a typical petrol vehicle could cost around Rs488,000 to Rs569,000 in fuel, compared with approximately Rs30,000 for the Chery Q when charged using solar power.
The company said the launch comes as Pakistan’s electric vehicle market continues to expand, with EV sales increasing significantly during FY2025-26.
