MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Minister of Education for Azad Jammu and Kashmir has imposed a complete ban on teachers and employees of the Education Department visiting the Ministry of Education, the Secretariat, and other offices during teaching or official working hours without the permission of the competent authority.
A formal circular regarding this matter has been issued by the Secretariat of Elementary and Secondary Education.
According to the issued circular, the heads of all offices and relevant institutions are required to ensure full compliance with this new directive.
The circular notes that it has been observed that teachers frequently visit the Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education Secretariat and other offices without valid reason during teaching hours.
According to education experts, this practice not only severely disrupts the teaching process for students in schools but also causes unnecessary interference in the official operations of the concerned offices.
This ban on unauthorized visits to the Ministry, Secretariat, and other offices has been imposed on the orders of the Minister of Elementary and Secondary Education, who has also issued instructions for the strict implementation of the circular.
