NEELUM (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Army’s Falcon Brigade Kel and the AJK Public Health Department on Tuesday organised a free medical camp in the remote area of Upper Domail in Shounter Valley, Neelum District.

During the camp, residents were provided with free medical check-ups and medicines. Patients were examined by qualified medical staff, who also offered medical consultations.

Residents of Shunthar Valley appreciated the initiative and thanked the Pakistan Army and the Public Health Department for bringing healthcare services to their doorstep.

They said providing medical facilities in remote and difficult-to-access areas, particularly during severe cold weather, was a commendable step.

Local residents added that such welfare initiatives provided relief to deserving patients and helped improve access to basic healthcare in far-flung communities.

They expressed hope that similar free medical camps would continue in the future to ensure healthcare facilities remained accessible to people living in remote areas.
