LAHORE (Kashmir English): Pakistan leg-spinner Shadab Khan has become the first Pakistani and only the sixth player in T20 cricket history to score 4,000 runs and take 400 wickets in the format.
The 27-year-old achieved the milestone while representing Lancashire in the Vitality T20 Blast.
So far, Khan has scored 4,043 runs in 362 T20 matches at an average of 19.53 and a strike rate of 138.45, including 14 half-centuries.
With the ball, he has claimed 401 wickets at an average of 23.05.
Former West Indian all-rounder Dwayne Bravo tops the list with 6970 runs and 631 wickets in his T20 career.
West Indies’ Sunil Narine is second with 4818 runs and 641 wickets, while his compatriot Andre Russell is at third with 9714 runs and 526 wickets.
Former Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is fourth with 7839 runs and 508 wickets, while Afghan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi is fifth on the list with 6976 runs and 412 wickets.
