LAHORE (Kashmir English): A case has been registered against social media influencer Nadeem Naniwala at the Defence police station.
According to the police, the case has been registered under the provisions of negligent and careless driving, interference with a government vehicle and threatening a government employee.
According to the text of the FIR, the luxury vehicle without a number plate was signaled to stop, but instead of stopping the vehicle, the driver sped away on a one-way road.
The FIR further states that the accused also tried to hit the police vehicle while chasing the vehicle. The Defence police have registered a case on the complaint of the traffic police and started further legal action.
Traffic officials say that indiscriminate action will continue against those driving without a number plate, installing non-standard number plates and illegally using blue or green lights.
The authorities have made it clear that no concession will be made to those who break the law.
