MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The government sources has denied several claims that are circulating regarding the arrival of a government delegation in Muzaffarabad and the demands allegedly put forward by the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC).
According to the unverified and baseless claims a government negotiation delegation led by former Prime Minister of Pakistan Raja Pervez Ashraf has arrived in Muzaffarabad to hold talks aimed at addressing the ongoing situation in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
As per the false reports, the delegation includes Qamar Zaman Kaira, former President Masood Khan, Senator Rana Sanaullah, and federal ministers Amir Muqam, Sardar Yousaf, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and Ahsan Iqbal.
Moreover, the fake claims also said that senior intelligence official General Faisal Naseer and the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir have also reached Muzaffarabad to participate in the discussions.
Verdict
Unverified. The concerned authorities have categorically denied any such claims and reports of talks with JAAC.
