“A Muslim’s bride, especially on her wedding night, when she has come from her home and moved into the home of her in-laws, is technically their property”.
This statement comes as an answer to one of the many fans who questioned the actress, after she opened up about the traditional expectations, the actress stated that during her wedding, she was taught that she was in a sort of, “property” zone until, she officially accepted that she was now a part of their family and therefore they, ‘Owned’ her, she exclaimed in tears during the interview.
