ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistani drama series ‘Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum,’ which took the world by storm, garnered a significant fanbase in multiple countries, including India.
According to some of the viewers, Indian television drama, Qabool Hai, has been accused of copying scenes from the Pakistani series.
Directed by Qaiser Ali and starring Hania Aamir and Fahad Mustafa in the lead roles as Sharjeena and Mustafa, the drama was applauded for its interesting storyline, brilliant cast, and their outstanding chemistry.
It reflected the common problems of a married couple in a relatable manner, which appealed to viewers across borders. The real-life celebrity couple Mohit and Sanaya are portraying the husband and wife characters in the Indian television show Qabool Hai, who get involved in marital problems and domestic disputes.
According to a few fans of Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, the couple in Qabool Hai bears a strong similarity to the Pakistani couple, especially in terms of issues and family conflicts.

The latest argument has been shared on social media platforms, and it appears to have been closely duplicated from the Pakistani serial. In one scene from the drama, it is shown that the wife is offered money after she makes food.
“Lol, they are stealing content now! That scene was so familiar,” comments the user on social media platforms. “This is ridiculous. How are they plagiarizing? I can’t even handle it,” adds another user.
Similar to that, other relationship dialogues can also be witnessed, which were very similar in terms of themes to those of Mustafa and Sharjeena, with playful banter, especially referring to day-to-day living standards.
