KARACHI (Kashmir English): Veteran actress Bushra Ansari has dismissed rumours that she underwent cosmetic procedures to enhance her lips.
Speaking in a recent video shared on social media, Bushra Ansari addressed the speculation surrounding her appearance and clarified that she has never had lip fillers or any cosmetic treatment on her lips.
The actress said some people make unnecessary allegations and often claim that she has altered her facial features, whereas the reality is quite different.
In a light-hearted manner, Bushra Ansari pointed out that audiences have been watching her for decades and would have immediately noticed if she had artificially enhanced her lips.

She added that she prefers to maintain her natural appearance and personality. Explaining the reason behind the misconception, the actress said her upper lip is naturally thin and that she uses lip liner to make it appear fuller.
Her remarks come amid ongoing discussions on social media about celebrities and cosmetic procedures.
Bushra Ansari’s Husband Faces Backlash
Earlier, the Pakistani actor and director Iqbal Hussain came under criticism on social media after his remarks about older women during a television appearance went viral.
Speaking on a Ramazan transmission, Shaan-e-Sahoor hosted by Nida Yasir, Iqbal Hussain said he had always admired older women and had wished to marry someone older than him.
He said that he always warned his friends that his sisters were safe from him, but he couldn’t guarantee the same about their mothers, so they had better hide them, which sparked backlash online.
Following the broadcast, many fans criticized his remarks, calling them inappropriate and insensitive.
One user wrote that he does not match with Bushra Ansari, while the other one said, if you were into older women, so why did you marry Farah Sadia?
Another user pointed out why the ladies in the video were laughing at such remarks made on national television.

Bushra Ansari and Iqbal Hussain have also revealed that they have never been involved in any kind of conflict. Both of them are peaceful by nature, which makes their married life exciting. The superstar went on to disclose that they both have separate bedrooms, which has been a great addition to their marriage.
Bushra Ansari stated that they have separate rooms, which means that there is never any kind of issue regarding who wakes up first, where to place things, and so on.
They give each other their due space, which has been a great addition to their marriage. They do not have to suffer from each other’s annoying habits.
