ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The schedule for the Pakistan-England One-Day Internationals has been announced. Pakistan will tour England in 2027 to play a series of five One-Day Internationals.
According to the details, the five ODIs will be played in Southampton, Manchester, Leeds, Chester-le-Street and Cardiff from May 15 to 26, 2027.
The first ODI of the series will be played in Southampton on May 15. The second ODI will be played in Manchester on May 19, and the third ODI will be played in Leeds on May 21.
Thus, the fourth match of the series between the two teams will be played in Chester-le-Street on May 23, and the fifth ODI will be played in Cardiff on May 26.
The five-match ODI series will be an important opportunity for both teams to prepare for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027. The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027 will be played in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia from October 4 to November 21.
It is a great honor to lead the Pakistan team, Muhammad Rizwan. Pakistan is fifth in the ICC Men’s ODI team rankings, while England is seventh. It may be recalled that Pakistan last toured England for a three-match ODI series in 2021.
