BAHRAIN (Kashmir English): Pakistan on Monday qualified for the men’s volleyball final of the Asian Youth Games after defeating Indonesia 3–1 in the semifinals.
The Green Shirts continued its winning streak and ensured at least a silver medal in the tournament being herd at Isa Sports City.

The national team, which is undefeated in the competition so ar, will face Iran for the gold on Wednesday. Iran booked their berth in the final after outperforming Thailand 3–0 in the other semifinal.
In the semifinal match, Indonesia started strong and clinched the first set 25–22, but Pakistan made a remarkable comeback to win the second set 25–13.
Pakistan continued its momentum and dominated the third set 25–19, before sealing victory with a hard-fought 26–24 win in the fourth set.
Pakistan showcased its composure throughout the match and displayed a strong teamwork, particularly in the final two sets.
With Indonesia’s win, Pakistan team not only ensured a place on the podium, but also created an opportunity to end the tournament with gold when they take on a formidable Iranian side.
On Sunday, Pakistan team defeated China in straight sets in the quarterfinals to qualify for semis.
