ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) has rolled out a cashless payment system for driving licence fees to facilitate citizens and improve service delivery.
Deputy Inspector General (Operations), Asghar Ali, formally inaugurated the cashless payment system.
The initiative aims to eliminate the need for applicants to visit banks, providing a more convenient and efficient process.
Under the new system, citizens can now easily pay their driving licence fees through digital platforms such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, and various banking apps.
In collaboration with the National Bank of Pakistan, QR code machines have been activated at the Islamabad Driving Licensing Authority.
Similar facilities will also be made available at the Sheikhupura and Quetta Driving Licensing Authorities.
