ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Federal Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that registration for Hajj 2027 pilgrims will begin today, June 22.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued a formal schedule for Hajj 2027 registration. Only after registration will it be possible to choose the government or private Hajj scheme.
The government has directed those wishing to perform Hajj 2027 to register on time.
The Ministry said that Hajj 2027 registration will be free and no fee will be charged for it. Hajj 2027 registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
The government has made registration mandatory for both the government and private Hajj schemes; without registration, an application for Hajj 2027 will not be submitted.
A valid passport has been made mandatory for Hajj 2027 pilgrims, and the passport must be valid at least until November 26, 2027.
Regarding registration, it has been informed that members of a family will be able to register jointly, Hajj registration will also be facilitated for Pakistanis living abroad, and Hajj registration can be done from designated banks across the country.
It was further informed that pilgrims will also be able to register for Hajj online from home. It should be noted that the federal cabinet had approved the Hajj policy recently.
