ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) have been made available by Rockstar Games, with the anticipated time of release date set for November 19, 2026.
The game will initially be launched for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, yet the PC version has not yet been confirmed by the company. Pre-orders have been accepted globally beginning on June 25 in various stores.
Pre-orders can be made for Standard Edition or Ultimate Edition in either digital or physical form. Only the physical version will contain a download code instead of a disc as an alternative.
Rockstar has presented a pre-order bonus. Customers who order before November 20 will get the Vintage Vice City Pack, containing the 1955 Vapid Stanier Sedan and garage, several outfits and hairstyles, and an exclusive weapon pattern.
As for digital orders, clients will also be provided with one month of GTA+ membership. Pre-orders can be made via PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Rockstar Store, and participating providers.
The physical code-in-box edition of the game will also be released on November 12 to enable pre-loading for the title. Those who have an Xbox Series S and use the completely digital console will be required to buy the digital edition.
Currently, Rockstar has not revealed whether there is a planned PC release version for the game, which means that PC players won’t have confirmed editions on launch day. At the moment, the only platforms listed on the official website are PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
As the November 19 launch date draws closer, gamers can now select the version they would like to buy and activate pre-loading on their consoles before launch.
GTA 6 Banned in Countries before release
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) games have faced bans and restrictions in several countries due to their mature themes and in-game content.
However, GTA VI has not been officially released worldwide, and no confirmed list of countries has banned the game.
While countries like China and some Middle Eastern nations have restricted similar games in the past, GTA VI’s availability will only be confirmed after regulators review it following launch.
GTA 6 will be banned in Bahrain, China, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Russia, and Taiwan.
