FAISALABAD (Kashmir English): The district court has issued non-bailable warrants against 51 persons in connection with the 2019 political rally organized in Faisalabad city.
Talal Chaudhry, Musadik Malik, and Javed Latif are some of the important PML-N leaders who are among those whose arrest warrants have been issued.
According to the court’s order, Talal Chaudhry, Musadik Malik, and Mian Javed Latif are part of those against whom the case was registered.
It should be noted that this case pertains to a political rally which took place in the year 2019.
As per court records, a case was filed against the accused at Factory Area Police Station in the year 2019, where it was alleged that the accused blocked a public street and attempted to destroy some property.
The court ordered the SHO of Factory Area Police Station to arrest all the accused. The accused must appear before the court by October 12.

Others whose arrest warrants have been issued include Member of Provincial Assembly Jafar Ali Hocha, Faqir Hussain Dogar, Mehr Hamid Rashid, Mian Javed Latif, and Mian Qasim Farooq.
The court ordered the police to arrest the accused and produce them in court on October 12.
