RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): Director General Inter Services Public relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudry said that Pakistan has not carried out any attack inside Afghanistan.

DG ISPR said that any such reports on social media are baseless and may be linked to their internal disturbances.

“If Pakistan conducts any operation inside Afghanistan, it would do so openly and will take its full responsibility, DG ISPR added.

He added that “Our policy is against terrorism, not against the Afghan people”.

The ISPR head said that the Afghan regime should take verifiable action against terrorist hideouts, adding that support for terrorism from across the border is the biggest problem.

“There is no room for good and bad Taliban in the state, and there is not much difference between the Afghan Taliban and the TTP.

The Taliban government should decide like a state, not like a non-state actor, DG ISPR noted.

DG ISPR further said that How long will the Taliban government remain interim.

The ISPR chief added that Non-customs paid vehicles should be banned immediately, as these vehicles were used in many incidents of terrorism.

“It is not possible that we are attacked, and we also do business, blood and business cannot go side by side.”

Ahmed Sharif urged that General Faiz Hameed’s trial is a legal matter, and there should be no speculation on it.

“When this matter reaches a final conclusion, it will be announced immediately.
