FARWARD KAHUTA (Kashmir English): The Secretary for Communications and Public Works Azad Kashmir has taken immediate action on complaints of corruption and defective material used in the construction of the Kahuta–Kalsa Road project in District Haveli.
According to official sources, the Secretary of Works ordered an immediate inquiry after receiving an application from a journalist, Tariq Masood Kiani.

He warned that strict legal and departmental action will be taken against any officer or contractor found guilty of malpractice.
Residents have welcomed the swift response of the Works Secretary, saying that accountability in development projects is essential to ensure transparency and public welfare.
