NEELUM VALLEY (Kashmir English): Heavy rainfall continues in Upper Neelum valley, causing disruption to transportation after landslides blocked the main highway.
According to local authorities, the road has been closed for traffic between Sardari and Savannad due to landslides triggered by persistent rain.
Officials said teams of the Public Works Department (PWD) are present at the site and are engaged in efforts to clear debris and restore the road for commuters as soon as possible.
