LONDON (Kashmir English): The nexus between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and foreign elements in the UK has put the implementation of international laws and counter-terrorism requirements to a serious test.
According to reports, PTI has ignored all moral, legal, and international boundaries while promoting an anti-Pakistan agenda to achieve its political interests.
For a long time, the soil of the UK has been used by some fugitive YouTubers and miscreants associated with the PTI for systematic propaganda against Pakistan and the Pakistani Armed Forces, allegedly under foreign patronage.
In the same vein, on December 23, 2025, a very provocative and inciting video was released from the official X (formerly Twitter) account of PTI UK.
Earlier, a video surfaced online, in which PTI protesters present on British soil can be seen openly threatening to kill a Field Marshal by means of a car bomb.
A woman in the video made a highly provocative statement that anyone could kill a field marshal in a car bomb blast. According to experts, this behavior neither falls under the category of freedom of expression nor can it be considered within the limits of political dissent, but is directly tantamount to encouraging terrorism and inciting violence.
What is most worrying is that social media troll networks affiliated with the PTI not only widely circulated this video but also shared it on the party’s official social media accounts, which is being considered an indirect endorsement of this provocation.
According to legal experts, such threatening and violent speeches in the UK are a clear violation of international law.
Under UN Security Council Resolution 1373, member states have an obligation to take effective measures to prevent terrorism, incitement to terrorism, financing, or any form of support.
Similarly, the UK’s Counter-Terrorism Act 2006 makes encouraging terrorism and inciting violence a serious criminal offence.
