RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Army has destroyed several Afghanistan posts along the border, including the ‘terrorist’ post in the Bramcha sector, while operations by the Pakistan Army continue.
After intense clashes between Pakistani and Afghan forces at various points along the border, Afghan forces and Khawarij retreated, after which Afghanistan appealed to Pakistan to stop the attacks.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Defence of Afghanistan said that Afghan forces have stopped fighting and expect that Pakistan will not retaliate.
It should be noted that late at night, firing was carried out from Afghanistan at seven locations in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, the purpose of which was to allow foreign elements to enter Pakistan, to which the Pakistan Army responded strongly.
Afghan Taliban flee
According to security sources, in response to the Pakistan Army’s crushing retaliation, Afghan Taliban fled, leaving the bodies of several soldiers in destroyed outposts. The Pakistan Army also used drones.
When Pakistan Army aircraft moved for air operations, the Afghan Ministry of Defence announced a ceasefire and appealed not to retaliate because their soldiers had scattered in response to the Pakistan Army’s action.
The Pakistan Army has destroyed several check posts, including the Afghan terrorist post in the Bramcha sector, and operations by the Pakistan Army are continuing.
