ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first against India in the blockbuster Asia Cup 2025 match at Dubai International Stadium on Sunday.

The Green team members entered the field in the high-voltage match with the winning combination, and so did the Indians.

Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha said that the team has been playing good cricket and observed that the surface appears on the slower side.

We would like to have a par-plus total. Same squad and he is adamant that they require a lot of spin on these surfaces,” Agha mentioned.

Suryakumar Yadav was keen to bowl, so he’s not bothered. He adds that the game preparations were good, which is the only thing that matters to him.

He further added that they batted on the adjacent ground in the last match (against UAE), and it was fine for batting, improved under lights. India is playing on the same side as well
