PTI AJK gains strength as several notable figures from Muzaffarabad join party

LAHORE (Kashmir English): Leader of the Opposition in the Azad Kashmir Assembly and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, Khawaja Farooq Ahmed, recently visited Lahore, where he was welcomed by prominent businessmen and party workers from Muzaffarabad.

During the visit, several workers from other parties joined the PTI, expressing their trust in Imran Khan and Khawaja Farooq Ahmed’s leadership, making a stronghold of the party at Muzaffarabad Constituency Three.

A former PML-N worker and businessman, Munshi Sajjad, PPP member Moazzam Awan, and Haji Karamat joined the PTI, who were welcomed by Khawaja Farooq.

Moreover, a former member of the PML-N, Anwar Awan, joined the PTI, along with other notable figures, including Mohsin Jamal Awan from Sarar, Raja Nazir from Darra Batangi, and Raja Rashid from Makri.

On the occasion, several other figures from Muzaffarabad attended the gathering. These include Wasim Awan, Shahid Iqbal Awan, Waqar Awan, Rizwan Younis Awan, Adeel Ahmed Awan, Adib Khan, Mohsin Kamal, Fazl Hussain Awan, and Shakeel Awan.
