SRINAGAR (Kashmir English): The siege and military operation have continued in Kulgam district of occupied Jammu and Kashmir for the last 10 days.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the ongoing military operation of the occupying Indian forces in Kulgam district has intensified with heavy shelling and firing.
Indian forces have deployed heavy personnel, including helicopters, drones, paramilitary forces, and para commandos in the area.
The acute shortage of food, medicines, and other basic necessities has increased the problems for the citizens due to the siege.
Six Indian soldiers have been confirmed to have been brought to the hospital in a serious condition in this operation, while the actual number is much higher.
The Indian Army spokesperson has also confirmed that two of the injured personnel died in the hospital during treatment, while the condition of 2 more is critical.
It may be recalled that two Kashmiri youths have also been martyred in this operation so far.
