Rawalpindi (Kashmir Digital): Chief of Defence Forces/ Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has said that the present and future of Pakistan and Balochistan are one and will always remain one, and the state will thwart the nefarious intentions of anti-state elements with its unwavering, determined, and decisive response.
According to the ISPR, Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir met with important figures and political leadership of Balochistan, in which the overall situation of the province, peace and stability, and development prospects were discussed.
On this occasion, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that Balochistan is a land of talented, determined, patriotic and dignified people. Sustainable peace, stability and a clear national narrative in the province are of fundamental importance for harnessing the economic potential of Balochistan.
He said that establishing peace and stability will increase investment opportunities and help convert Balochistan’s natural resources into public prosperity.
The youth of Balochistan are the most talented and dynamic segment of the province; empowering them and providing them with opportunities to play an effective role in national development is essential for sustainable development.
The Chief of Defence Forces said that the real future of Balochistan’s development and prosperity lies with the people of the province. By utilizing the potential of the youth in a positive direction, the development of not only the province but also the entire country can be accelerated.
Field Marshal Asim Munir said that hostile elements are trying to create unrest and instability in Balochistan, create obstacles in the path of development, and increase the distance between the state and the people.
The state is united against such nefarious intentions and every necessary step will be taken to protect national security, peace and development.
