MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Development Authority Muzaffarabad (DAM) has announced a public auction of 42 commercial plots in Block B of Langarpura Satellite Town, aiming to promote commercial activities and provide investment opportunities in the area.
According to an official public notice, the auction will be held on November 12, 2026 (Wednesday), at 10:00 AM at the Development Authority Muzaffarabad office.
The plots include two 1-kanal commercial plots measuring 50×90 feet and 40 plots of 4 marla each, measuring 30×30 feet.
Interested individuals who have already deposited call deposits or pay orders will be eligible to participate in the auction, either personally or through an authorized representative.
The Authority has advised interested parties to visit its Allotment and Sales Department on November 10 or 11, 2026, with their call deposit or pay order receipts to obtain the auction brochure.
