OGRA hikes petrol, diesel prices for Sep 10

ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The federal government on Wednesday hiked the petrol and diesel prices for September 10, a day after the fuel prices were increased.

According to the notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol was increased by Rs 3.40 per liter, and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs 4.18 per liter.

“The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has revised the ex-depot prices of the petroleum products for September 10, 2026,” the notification stated.

With the latest revision, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 367.75 per liter and diesel at Rs 392.67 per liter.

On September 8, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) hiked the petrol price to Rs 364.35 per liter and the diesel price to Rs 385.95 per liter.

The revised prices are in line with the government’s ongoing policy of issuing fuel prices on a daily basis from Monday to Friday based on international oil markets.
