Abbas dismissed Ben Duckett and Imo Gay for scores of 17 in the first innings of the game.
Mohammad Abbas attained this 900-wicket record after playing 222 first-class matches in his career. Abbas’ statistics show an impressive average of 20.43 along with 57 five-wicket hauls and 15 ten-wicket hauls in first-class cricket.
Abbas is currently ranked fifth among those having recorded the highest number of wickets in first-class cricket in the 21st century.
