ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): In tragic news, the mother of martyred journalist and news anchor Arshad Sharif has passed away in Islamabad.
The late journalist’s wife, Javeria Siddique, in her post published on X, formerly known as Twitter, shared the devastating news with family and friends.

According to the family sources, her funeral prayers will be held at 9 pm today, whereas her burial will be done in H-11, Islamabad. Arshad Sharif’s other was seeking justice in the case of his son’s brutal murder.
The senior journalist was killed in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, on October 23, 2022, where he was living in self-exile. Fans and friends from all over the world are grieving over the death of a strong mother who contributed all her last days to get justice for her son.
