LAHORE (Kashmir English): The Lahore High Court has approved the bail application of YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, commonly known as Ducky Bhai, in a case about the promotion of gambling applications.
The court granted bail against a surety of Rs 1 million. Ducky Bhai has been arrested on charges of promoting gambling applications through his YouTube channel, as it violates the anti-gambling law in Pakistan.
The hearing took place today before Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry. The court has observed that, according to the judgment pronounced by the Supreme Court, denial of bail in such cases is uncommon.
