KARACHI (Kashmir English): The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the Class 9 or SSC Part I result 2025 for science and general groups on October 22, today.
In a statement, the Karachi board said that the success ratio of the 9th class Science Group result remained at 78.26 per cent, while the total of 137,350 students passed out of 175,151 who appeared.
Similarly, in the General Group (Regular and Private), 14,984 candidates took the exams, achieving an overall pass percentage of 54.38 per cent, 57.17 per cent for Regular, and 48.26 per cent for Private candidates.
In an official statement, Chairman Ghulam Hussain Sohoo congratulated the successful students, reaffirming that transparency and merit remain the board’s top priorities.
Dr. Hamza Khan Tagar, Director of Examinations, and members of the Result Committee were also present during the result announcement ceremony.

To check their results, students can use various options, including online or via SMS. Students can visit the official website of the BISK.
Students can also check their 2025 second-year results through the official gazettes published by the Karachi Secondary Education Board.
