In a press conference held in Peshawar, the DG ISPR said that terrorism in the country is backed by internal and political elements, adding that India is using Afghanistan as a base to launch terrorist activities against Pakistan.

The DG ISPR reaffirmed that the security forces and the people of Pakistan remain united and committed to defeating terrorism in all its forms.
