TAL (Kashmir English): Security forces killed six Khawarij in an intelligence-based operation in Tal, according to sources.
The operation was launched following intelligence reports about the presence of Khawarij at a suspected hideout in the area. Security forces targeted the location and killed six militants during the operation.
Sources said some security personnel were also seriously injured during the action.
A search operation is currently underway in the area as security forces continue efforts to clear the locality.
According to sources, the operation will continue until the area is fully cleared of militants.
