MANILA (Kashmir English): Mobile phone manufacturer HMD has launched the Nokia 2360 Flip in the Philippines, introducing a simple feature phone primarily designed for senior citizens and school-going children.

The Nokia 2360 Flip features a 2.8-inch internal display and a 1.77-inch external screen. It is powered by a removable 1,450mAh battery and includes a QVGA camera, FM radio, loudspeaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device offers only 4MB of internal storage.

One of its standout features is Family Assist, which allows designated family members to remotely manage contacts, adjust volume settings and schedule daily reminders.

The phone also comes with a dedicated SOS emergency button. When pressed, it automatically calls a primary emergency contact and can send alerts to up to five pre-saved numbers.

However, the device supports only 2G connectivity and does not offer 4G or 5G network support.

With its traditional clamshell design and easy-to-use features, the Nokia 2360 Flip targets people who prefer basic communication devices over modern smartphones, particularly elderly users and schoolchildren.
