ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistan star actor and social media personality Hania Aamir has entered the country’s growing music scene with her first release, ‘Pablo’, on Wednesday.
The song, featuring Indian reality TV star Rakhi Sawant, is written and composed by Hania herself. She dropped the debut track to mark 10 years in the entertainment industry.
The song starts with a soft piano melody, but after a while, the song changes to fast-paced Punjabi hip-hop.
The track mentions those who consider her ‘fake’ because of her outward personality and behavior.
She sings, “Assi hassde te tussi pichhe sarhde-sarhde. Assi chill ay te roz panga lai re ne.” [We’re laughing, and you’re back there fuming. We’re chilling, and you’re trying to pick a fight.]
Through the song, the actress gives the message that she wants to live and enjoy her life on her own terms instead of caring about the negative things of others.
In the song’s outro, Rakhi Sawant takes over the mic for a special message to Aamir, “Hania, my jaan, don’t get tense. Understand? Don’t take any tension. You’re a hoor (maiden of heaven); there’s divine light on your face. They’re jealous of your beauty.”
Rakhi calls Aamir a lioness and tells her to face her foes with courage. “Jo darr gaya, samjho marr gaa (The one who gets scared is as good as dead),” she says.
