ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Senior journalist Fakhar Durrani has shared more evidence regarding his report on anti-Pakistan propaganda by agents of the Indian intelligence agency “RAW”.
Fakhar Durrani, while posting a screenshot and three videos on the social media platform X, claimed that on July 3, he had a detailed conversation with an alleged “RAW” agent for 36 minutes in which the person discussed the Pegasus Project and his role in Pakistan.
The senior journalist wrote in his post that during the aforementioned conversation, the agent explained in detail that efforts are being made to create a content place in Pakistan for “DW”, “The Sun” and a French newspaper.
According to him, the agent said that he wants the content of these organizations to also gain access in Pakistan and be published or accessible here.
Fakhar shared the first image of a 36-minute call with the alleged RAW agent with his post, while later releasing a screenshot of the conversation on social media.
He said that in the first video, the RAW agent can be heard saying that DW and The Sun want to increase their influence in Pakistan and want their content to reach there.
According to Durrani, the agent also says in the video that these organizations want to publish content of their choice, but they are not getting permission from their government.
As per Fakhar Durrani, in the second video, the RAW agent says that he has no enmity with anyone, but he only wants to get the same space and recognition in Pakistan as BBC Urdu.
In the video, the agent also says that his aim is not to stage any kind of protest, but only that his content also has access in Pakistan.
Durrani said that in the third video, the alleged “RAW” agent, while talking about the Pegasus project, claims that people from three to four countries were involved in this report.
According to him, in the video, the agent also mentions his role in the Pegasus report.
