MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): As of Sunday, March 09, 2025 the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) is set to witness mostly partly cloudy weather across the region during the day, whereas isolated thundershowers are expected at some places during night.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a new western rain spell is set enter Pakistan from March 10 which will cause heavy rainfall and strong winds across Pakistan.
The new rain spell will mainly hit likely at isolated places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, upper Punjab and Islamabad.
On the other hand, the remaining areas of Pakistan will experience dry and partly cloudy weather.
Earlier, the residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir enjoyed light rain and hazy weather conditions.
Rainfall/Snowfall Warning: The weather is partly cloudy. Light rain is predicted at some areas during night.
Landslide Risk: There is a low risk of landslides as light rain is expected.
