ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Leaked secret documents from India’s intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) have exposed its involvement in orchestrating a false flag operation in Pahalgam, located in Islamabad district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the documents lay bare a calculated plot aimed at advancing Indian political objectives while shifting attention away from domestic extremism.

RAW planned the false flag operation

According to the leaked papers, RAW planned the operation with clear instructions to stage an attack and then craft a narrative blaming it on non-Muslims being targeted.

The documents outlined a coordinated media and social media campaign activating over 200 accounts to amplify anti-Pakistan messaging, launching a misleading blame game against Pakistan within three hours of the event, and using the incident to appeal for international cooperation in counter-terrorism efforts.

The leak is said to strengthen Pakistan’s longstanding position that the Pahalgam event was not a spontaneous attack but a premeditated conspiracy executed under Indian state patronage.

Experts cited in Pakistani reporting argue that the documents confirm the incident was a deliberate, reprehensible scheme rather than an accidental occurrence, further highlighting what they call RAW’s terrorist intentions.
