LAHORE (Kashmir English): Lahore Qalandars have confirmed the signing of Charith Asalanka as a replacement for injured Parvez Hossain Emon in the ongoing Pakistan Super League 11.

The franchise announced that Asalanka will join the squad immediately, ensuring his availability for upcoming matches after his registration was approved by tournament authorities.

Emon was ruled out after sustaining an injury during a rain-affected match against Multan Sultans in Lahore.

The Sri Lankan batter has represented his country in 76 T20 Internationals, scoring 1,456 runs in 74 innings, with a highest score of 80 not out.
