ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The second phase of the Hajj 2026 operation for the repatriation of Pakistani pilgrims will start from May 31
According to media reports, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has said that the first Hajj flight will depart from Jeddah on the night of May 31 and reach Sialkot, in which 391 pilgrims will return home.
Several flights have been scheduled for different cities on the first day of the Hajj operation. According to officials, 5,237 pilgrims will reach Pakistan through 22 flights on June 1.
On the same day, 5 will be operated for Islamabad, 4 each for Karachi and Lahore, 3 each for Multan and Sialkot, 2 for Faisalabad, and one flight for Quetta.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, a total of 471 flights will be used to repatriate about 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims during the Hajj operation. Most of the flights will land in different cities on June 1, Pakistan time.
The statement further said that return flights from Madinah will start from June 3, while the last leg of the Hajj operation will be completed in Lahore on June 30.
According to the authorities, all arrangements for the return have been finalized so that the Hajj pilgrims do not face any difficulty.
