LEEPA (Kashmir English): In a relief decision, the relocation of the only utility store in the Leepa Valley has been shelved, giving some temporary relief to the residents of the area who were in for a major challenge.

Due to the timely intervention of the Pakistan Army Leepa Guards and public and journalistic pressure, the orders to relocate the utility store to Chinari have been withdrawn pending a review.

According to sources, after the news published by Kashmir Digital on the initiative of the journalist community, immediate action was taken on the matter, as a result of which the decision to relocate the utility store was suspended.

After the timely intervention of the Pakistan Army, instructions have been issued to the utility store administration to continue its activities as usual.

It should be noted that the possible relocation of the store could have caused serious difficulties for the people of Lipa in obtaining essential goods.

The public and journalistic circles have appreciated this decision and praised the timely action of the Pakistan Army, which was taken keeping in mind the convenience and needs of the local population.
