QUETTA (Kashmir English): The security forces safely recovered Deputy Commissioner Nushki, Mohammad Hussain Hazara along with his family, ending a period of high-tension uncertainty following his disappearance.
The safe recovery was confirmed by a senior security official to The Khorasan Diary and subsequently verified by an official from the Government of Balochistan.
“The Deputy Commissioner Nushki, Mohammad Hussain Hazara has been recovered safely, a senior security official confirmed to The Khorasan Diary. A Government of Balochistan official also confirmed the development,” said a post on The Khorasan Diary.
“Earlier in the day, a video published by the proscribed BLA showed a distressed official forcefully made to say on camera that he was in the custody of the proscribed organization,” the post said on the development.
Incident involving Deputy Commissioner Nushki
Earlier in the day, the proscribed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) released a video featuring a visibly distressed Mohammad Hussain Hazara.
In the footage, the DC was seen being forced to state on camera that he was in the custody of the militant organization.
