ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Wednesday arrived in Islamabad on a three-day official visit to participate in high-level diplomatic meetings, the Foreign Office said in a statement.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar warmly received the Chinese FM at Noor Khan Airbase. Senior Foreign Office officials and top diplomats from the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad were also present on the occasion.
Wang Yi will co-chair the 6th round of Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue with FM Dar, which will be held on August 21, 2025, the Foreign Office said.
The dialogue serves as a key platform for both countries to review bilateral cooperation, regional developments, and global issues of mutual interest.
