MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Federal Minister of National Food Security and Research and also serving as Minister of Industries and Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain, has rejected the claim of sugar shortage in the country, stating that there is no sugar crisis in the country and its price is stable at around Rs 173 per kg.
According to the details, the Federal Minister, while talking to the media, said that in the current situation, the availability of sugar is complete and the prices are under control, due to which the public does not need to worry.
He said that sugar is being sold at Rs 173 per kg and there is no crisis in the market.
While talking about the recent Pakistan and US tariff reduction, the Federal Minister said that the US has established close relations with Pakistan, leaving India behind, and this is having a positive impact on the country’s economy and trade.
Additionally, he said that for the first time in history, our relations with the US have improved so much, and Pakistan’s friendly countries are also very happy with this.
Finally, Rana Tanveer criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, saying that after the Exploitation Day, the PTI is now protesting on the occasion of Independence Day as well, and the nation is seeing their actions.
