MIRPUR (Kashmir English): Like rest of the world, Kashmiris as well as Pakistani diaspora living across various parts of the globe including Japan, will mark the 6th anniversary of August 5, 2019 Indian sinister action of scrapping special status of the Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), as “‘Youme Istehsaal-e-Kashmir (Exploitation of Kashmir Day) and Black Day holding mass anti-India protest march and rallies in front of the Indian diplomatic missions.
Unveiling the scheduled August 5 mass anti-India protest program in Japan, Tokayo-based Shahid Majeed Advocate, Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Solidarity Forum Japan said that Kashmiris around the world will observe Black Day on Tuesday, August 5, against the abrogation of the constitutional status of occupied Kashmir and the atrocities committed by the Indian army on the people of occupied Kashmir.
In an interview. the Kashmiri diaspora community leader appealed to the Kashmiri and Pakistani communities around the world to manage holding of Black Day cum Exploitation of Kashmir Day celebrations on August 5 and hold demonstrations in front of Indian embassies.
Basic human rights massively abused by India
He recalled that the basic human rights were massively abused and suspended by imposing curfew on the people of occupied Kashmir by India at gun point, while fueling the era of oppression and suppression by the Indian occupational forces.
The Indian government, he recalled, arrested and detained thousands of protestant Kashmiri people including Hurriyat leaders.
Shahid Majeed Advocate demanded from human rights organizations and international media outlets around the world to support the Kashmiri people against the atrocities being committed against the people of occupied Kashmir.
The Jammu Kashmir Solidarity Forum chief said that the Indian government has fueled the ongoing exercise of state terrorism in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu Kashmir and has imposed all kinds of restrictions in occupied Kashmir.
Shahid announced that every platform in Japan will continue to raise its voice against the constitutional terrorism of the Indian government in occupied Kashmir.
He said that in Tokyo, with the cooperation of religious, political and social figures of Japan, a memorandum will be presented to the United Nations office in Tokyo and the Indian embassy.
