LAHORE (Kashmir English): With the final four teams securing their spots for the playoffs of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United will meet in the Qualifier 1 at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore today (Wednesday).
On Monday Islamabad United thrashed Karachi Kings in the last league match of the event.
Quetta Gladiators finished atop the table with 15 points and will now face Islamabad United in Qualifier 1 on May 21 (today) at the Gaddafi Stadium.
Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host all the four matches of the playoffs.
After finishing in the top two of the points table, Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United have two chances of qualifying for the PSL 10 final. The loser of the Qualifier 1 on today will have another chance of making it to the final of the tournament.
The eliminator will be played between arch-rivals Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars on May 22.
The loser of Qualifier 1 (Quetta Gladiators/ Islamabad United) will take on the winner of Eliminator on May 23 in Qualifier 2, while the grand final will be played on May 25.
