BEIJING (Kashmir English): Vivo is all set to break the long-standing tradition of launching the Ultra variant of its X series with Vivo X300 Ultra exclusively in China.
Reports now suggest that the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra could see a global release later this year.
A recent leak suggests there is an international version of the device.
The phone has emerged under the model number V2562, which does not align with Vivo’s naming system for Chinese models.
This hints that Vivo might finally bring its top-of-the-line Ultra variant to markets beyond China.
This is exciting for global users who so far have had access only to the standard and Pro versions of the X series, while the Ultra model-known for pushing camera innovation-never made it beyond Chinese shelves.
Reports also have suggested the vivo X300 Ultra will be a camera powerhouse, perhaps even launching as the first smartphone with two 200MP sensors.
The handset is said to utilize Sony’s newest 200MP sensors for its main and telephoto shooters for an unparalleled photography experience.
