ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Pakistani government declared a four-day holiday on the occasion of Eid ul Adha 2025, with citizens looking to spend time with families and travel to northern regions or some other foreign countries.

The holidays will begin on June 6 (Friday) and go on until June 9 (Monday). Qatar grants a visa exemption for 30 days to Pakistan upon their arrival, and that may be a good choice for those who wish to travel to a visa-free nation on this Eid.

The Islamic nation has introduced different tourist-friendly policies because it is eager to boost the inflow of tourists from all over the globe by providing them withmix of ultramodern facilities, serene beaches, and much more.

Qatar wants to welcome six million tourists by 2030 through a national strategy in a bid to raise tourisms share in the gross domestic product from 7 percent to 12 percent.

It has introduced a visa-free entry policy to over 80 nations, including Pakistan, to boost tourism.

Requirments

Pakistani nationals are required to meet the following requirements to get visa-free entry into Qatar. The passenger’s passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

The passenger must have a confirmed return ticket, The passenger must have a valid debit or credit card. (For a family travelling together, the card must be in the name of the passenger or one per family.)

The visa will be granted for 30 days free of charge and is not extendable. Passengers should provide a confirmed hotel reservation. Passengers arriving directly from Pakistan should have a certificate of vaccination against polio.
