ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment has announced new opportunities for Pakistani citizens seeking jobs at UNESCO.
According to the Bureau of Immigration, opportunities are available for P1 to P5 and D1 and D2 director-level posts at UNESCO.
Pakistani experts associated with education, science, culture, administration, finance, engineering, and social and administrative sciences can benefit from these vacancies.
To be eligible, candidates must have a university degree, professional qualifications, and practical experience in the relevant field, while candidates with good communication skills and fluency in English and French will be preferred.
Selected candidates will get the opportunity to work on global projects, and in addition to basic salary, family allowance, support for children’s education, travel facilities, and other incentives will also be provided as per UNESCO rules.
The Bureau of Immigration has directed candidates to submit applications for jobs only through UNESCO’s official online career portal and to be wary of unofficial agents or fake third-party websites.
Candidates are advised to submit their complete documents, CV, and cover letter before the deadline. The recruitment process may involve various stages, including technical screening, written examination, and interview.
