KARACHI (Kashmir English): Pakistani actress Ayeza Khan has indirectly addressed ongoing rumours about her alleged separation from her husband and actor Danish Taimoor, seemingly dismissing the speculation as baseless.
Ayeza Khan, one of Pakistan’s leading television actresses, has recently been the subject of social media rumours regarding her married life.
Speculation intensified after she made changes to her social media content and did not attend the cinema premiere of the finale of Danish Taimoor’s drama Humrahi.
Social media users also claimed that the actress had deleted or edited some of her pictures with Danish Taimoor on Instagram, further fuelling speculation about an alleged separation.
However, Ayeza Khan has now reportedly responded to a comment by a fan page, indirectly rejecting the rumours surrounding her marriage and suggesting that the claims circulating on social media are false.
The actress and Danish Taimoor, who married in 2014, are among Pakistan’s most popular showbiz couples and have two children.
Ayeza’s response has provided relief to many of her fans, although social media users continue to debate the changes to her online presence and her recent absence from certain events.
The actress is also set to make her cinema debut opposite Fawad Khan in an upcoming film directed by Nadeem Baig.
