ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): A miscellaneous review petition has once again been filed in the Supreme Court against the decision regarding the hospital transfer of PTI founder Imran Khan, sources said.
According to sources, the Chief Commissioner Islamabad has filed a fresh miscellaneous petition after removing the objections raised by the Registrar’s Office.
The petition contends that there are legal flaws in the court’s decision to transfer Imran Khan to the hospital and alleges that jail rules were not taken into consideration while passing the order.
The petition further states that the petitioners were not made a party to the main case, and therefore their position was not heard before the decision was made.
The miscellaneous petition requests the Supreme Court to approve the application and review its August 18 decision regarding Imran Khan’s transfer to hospital.
